Table Reservation Information
The Virtual Anatomy Table is located in room 211 on the 2nd Floor of the Hodges Library. Reservations are by appointment through the LibCal system or reservation widget above. Please note dates and time availability are subject to change.
- All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Up 6 users at a time can use the table during an appointment. Groups will need to sign up for individual slots within the same time period. This means that if there are 6 people in your group, there should be 6 slots booked - one under the name of each person.
- Please present your valid UT ID when you arrive for your appointment.
- Each session is 30-minutes. Users may request up to three 30 minute sessions per day (1 hour per day, per group or individual).
- For other reservations over 1 hour or additional questions, contact the Health Sciences Team via email at ut_anatomytable@live.utk.edu.
- Walk-ins may be allowed during table hours if there are no active reservations during that time.
- Each person using the table is responsible for any damage or misuse.
- Damage to the table should be documented with a Health Sciences Team member prior to the session.

- If this is your first time using the table, our Health Sciences Team Member can provide a brief training overview at the beginning of your session.
